DILL 2025: Leadership in Action

The Dare to Invest in Learning to Lead (DILL) 2025 program has successfully wrapped! We celebrated our incredible cohort in early June—and we couldn’t be more proud of their growth, dedication, and leadership. (Scroll down to see a few photos from the celebration!)

Over the past few months, participants engaged in interactive workshops, powerful conversations, and real-world community engagement—all while deepening their commitment to civic life, economic justice, and collective leadership.

If you're inspired by what you see and are interested in joining a future cohort, please reach out to the Washington County Chapter Team at wacostaff@uniteoregon.org. We'd love to connect.

About the Program

We believe those most affected by community challenges are best positioned to lead change. DILL offers interactive, participant-driven sessions using a popular education model to develop leadership skills and foster collective action in civic engagement, economic empowerment, and social justice.

Program Details:

  • Participants must commit to all sessions to graduate, receive a stipend, and earn certification. Any missed sessions require prior communication (no exceptions).

  • Those with prior civic engagement experience are encouraged to apply to build relationships and provide mentorship to newcomers.
